Daphne's Legacy 5K Glow Run/Walk

The 4th Annual Daphne's Legacy 5K will be held on Friday, April 12 at 6:30 p.m. at Lakeview Park- Frankfort, KY.

Same day registration will begin at 4:30 on Friday, April 12 at the Hancock Pavilion in Lakeview Park.  Online registration ends on April 10th.

Early Registration is required by April 1st to ensure the correct shirt size!

This 5K is a family friendly event held in memory of Daphne Scruggs Fields. Proceeds from this event benefit Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) Research. 

$25 Adult Registration, plus sales tax (Age 13 and above)

$25 (plus sales tax) Virtual Option

$10 (plus sales tax) Children 12 and under - WHEN REGISTERING A CHILD, PLEASE NOTE THE YOUTH SIZE T-SHIRT NEEDED IN THE COMMENTS SECTION.   Please print out paper form by clicking on the left hand tab "Event Info" then under click above the green "Sign up" tab on the " + Show Registration Details" and the paper form will be available to print.
