Darlington Twp VFD Fire Prevention 5K

The 4th annual Fire Prevention 5K will be held Oct. 7 beginning at 9 a.m. All proceeds benefit the Darlington Township Volunteer Fire Department in its continued mission to protect the lives and property of the residents of Darlington and surrounding communities

Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. 

By preregistering for the race, you guarantee yourself one of our awesome commemorative T-shirts. We have a great new design in the works for this year. All registrations will get a swag bag and post-race snacks and drinks. We will have baked goods, fruit, water and coffee.

The race starts and ends at the Darlington Twp. Volunteer Fire Department. The course is mostly flat and will finish on the nature trail behind the fire hall.

The top 3 male and female finishers will receive some sweet prizes.
1st place - Fire extinguisher and smoke/carbon monoxide detector
2nd place - Smoke/carbon monoxide detector
3rd place - Fire extinguisher
