Join us in the Northern Virginia countryside for an exciting and long standing tradition at the 24th Annual Delaplane Strawberry Festival, and our 13th Annual 5K Trail Race and Walk and the 26th Annual Delaplane Strawberry Festival! OVER ALL AWARDS AS WELL AS 10 YR. AGE GROUP AWARDS TO M & F.
We offer nice simplicity with a personal touch, an ol' fashioned style running event. No glitz, no fancy "bells and whistles", just a gorgeous outdoor/mountain setting and good trail racing with age group/overall awards using the tried and true tag/pull system. Or, if you would like to just experience the walking challenge near our Appalachian Trail in a more relaxed way-do the walk! $25 FEE FOR EARLY REGISTRATION.
RATE INCREASE MAY 20th - SIGN UP BY THIS DATE TO AVOID THE $30 RATE!
After the run is completed...ALL runners and family receive FREE entry into the Festival (a $25 per car value!!!)...TONS of Strawberry goodies, food vendors, crafters, art, childrens activities and farm animals...AND live bands- including our mountain favorite: Bluegrass style!
RACE SHIRTS GUARANTEED TO PRE-REGISTERED ONLY, BY MAY 16TH...NO EXCEPTIONS.
