Diaper Dash 5K Family Run Walk

Healthier Moms and Babies is hosting our 3rd Annual Diaper Dash 5K Run/Walk to raise awareness of our mission and to help collect much needed diapers for the babies of the women we serve. The Diaper Dash  will be fun for the entire family.  The race will be timed, we'll have gender specific commemorative Tech Shirts. 

Cost

Registration is $25 for early registration and $35 for late registration (after August 19th). T-Shirts are not guaranteed for late registration or day of registration. 

Kids registration is $15 for early registration and $25 for late registration (after August 19th). Kids will also receive a commemorative cotton t-shirt. T-Shirts are not guaranteed for late registration or day of registration. 

Refer a friend and receive $5 off your Registration! You will receive your $5 off once the friend you refer registers for the race. Referrals do not include immediate members of your family. For example, your kids or husband. If five our your friends register you will be entered in a drawing for a Vera Bradley luggage set!

Registration is Non-Refundable

Proceeds from the race will go to supporting Healthier Moms and Babies mission of preventing prematurity and improving birth outcomes in Allen County. Healthier Moms and Babies walks side-by-side throughout pregnancy and after helping our moms have a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby by providing encouragement, acting as an advocate and mentor, and providing education to support a healthy pregnancy and baby.  We are also asking for a donation of diapers or wipes with the registration fee. You can purchase diapers through our Target Healthier Moms and Babies Registry and they will be shipped to our office or you can bring them day of. A donation of diapers is not a requirement to participate but greatly appreciated.  To Donate Diapers

Awards will be given for the following categories(based on USATF standards):

1st place overall female and male

1st Masters female and male(age 40 and over)

Age group awards to top 3 female and male in the following:

0-13

14-19

20-24

25-29

30-34

35-39

40-44

45-49

50-54

55-59

60-64

65+

Packet Pick Up

Will be morning of the race from 7:00 am to 8:10 am at the Parkview YMCA Pavilion

You can register at packet pick up but a shirt is not guaranteed. 

Day of the Race

7:00-8:10 am: Packet Pickup and late registration in the Parkview YMCA Pavilion (shirt not guaranteed for late or day off registration)

8:30 am: Run will begin

Walk will start immediately following

9:30: Awards
