Diaper Dash 5K Family Run Walk

Healthier Moms and Babies is hosting our 4th Annual Diaper Dash. This year, we'll host both 10K and a 5K Run/Walk at the Parkview Family YMCA Pavilion. Join us as we raise awareness of our mission and help collect much needed diapers for the babies of the women we serve. The Diaper Dash will be fun for the entire family as we race along the Pufferbelly Trail. The race will be timed. Parking will be available at the Parkview Family YMCA.

Cost

Registration for the 5K is $25 for early registration and $35 for late registration (after August 18th). Registration for the 10K is $35 for early registration and $45 for late registration (after August 18th). Registration includes a commemorative t-shirt!

Kids ages 7 to 17 registration for the 5K is $15 for early registration and $25 for late registration (after August 18th). Registration for the 10K is $25 for early registration and $35 for late registration (after August 18th). Registration includes a commemorative t-shirt!

Kids under 7 and furry friends are welcome to participate free of charge, but will not be eligible for awards and will not receive a t-shirt. 

T-Shirts are not guaranteed for late or day of registration. 

Registration is Non-Refundable

Proceeds from the race will go to supporting Healthier Moms and Babies mission of preventing prematurity and improving birth outcomes in Allen County. Healthier Moms and Babies walks side-by-side throughout pregnancy and after helping our moms have a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby by providing encouragement, acting as an advocate and mentor, and providing education to support a healthy pregnancy and baby.  We are also asking for a donation of diapers or wipes with the registration fee. You can purchase diapers through our Target Healthier Moms and Babies Registry and they will be shipped to our office or you can bring them day of. A donation of diapers is not a requirement to participate but greatly appreciated; we are currently in high need of size newborn, 1, and 2.  To Donate Diapers

Awards will be given for the following categories for both the 5K and the 10K:

1st place overall female and male

1st Masters female and male(age 40 and over)

Age group awards to top female and male in the following:

0-13

14-19

20-29

30-39

40-49

50-59

60+

Packet Pick Up

Will be morning of the race from 7:00 am to 8:10 am at the Parkview YMCA Pavilion

You can register at packet pick up but a shirt is not guaranteed.
