The Sentara Cap2Cap presented by Dominion Energy is back for its 19th year and will take place on Friday, May 10th and Saturday, May 11th, 2024!
Cap2Cap is the annual bike ride fundraiser event for the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation. Its a celebration of cycling on the VCT! The ride features four distances: Century (100 miles), Half (50 miles), Quarter (25 miles), a 7-mile Family Fun Ride, as well as a 2-Day and Virtual option.
Start and finish whenever and wherever you like to ride along the Virginia Capital Trail. Not sure where to start? Check out these Suggested Routes.
Enjoy the Party Zones at Chickahominy Riverfront Park on Friday or at Dorey Park on Saturday. Riders will be supported by five Rest Stops over the 51.7 mile trail and will receive Cap2Cap merchandise, lunch, a beverage ticket, coupons, and more!

Walk-up registration is available at all Packet Pickup locations during the specified hours.
T-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed after March 31st and sizes may be limited.
