Don's Dash and Dip

Don's Dash and Dip offers a new twist on the usual 5K race.  Consisting of a combination of track, trail and road running, participants will start by running a lap around Seibert Park Stadium, then join up with a short section of trail through Seibert Park, continue on through the charming streets of Camp Hill Borough and return to the stadium to triumphantly cross the finish line.  If a 5k is too daunting for you, please consider the 1-mile Fun Run, which follows a shorter loop of the 5K course.  At the conclusion of the race, you are invited to celebrate with us by taking a dip in the Camp Hill Pool, located next to the stadium.  Food, music and fun from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.!
