Dye for a Hero Color Run/Walk in Memory of Jeremy Smithers

In Loving Memory of Jeremy Smithers!!  This is the 10th Angelversary of our son who passed away 28 May 2012 on Memorial Day at the young age of 22 years-old. Since we can’t make it to Michigan this year for the color run, I’m setting up a virtual run for friends and family!

Jeremy was in a fatal motorcycle accident after spending a beautiful day volunteering to honor our veterans at the Madingely Cemetery in Cambrige, England.  The virtual run is to celebrate and honor the life of our son.

Time is not to be feared but to be cherished. These moments are constant reminders to spend time wisely. Jeremy loved fitness and having fun, so get out and run, walk, bike or hike with family and friends in your local area and share the fun on the Jeremy Smithers Dedication page and tag my page Jennifer Meyer. If you’re in Alaska, we will be meeting at the POW/MIA hike on Sat, 28 May at 1000.

The proceeds will go to next year’s Dye for a Hero Color Run and a family in need!
