The EKU Light the Night Glow Run will be a race for EKU students and faculty to have fun and enjoy a spring evening under the glowing lights to end the Spring semester. This race will be a 3k through the city of Richmond, KY and around the Eastern Kentucky University campus. Water stations, glow sticks/necklaces/bracelets will be provided. The first 50 participants to pre-register will receive a free t-shirt.
Race Location: Model Laboratory School, 521 Lancaster Ave, Richmond, KY 40475. Walk-up Registration begins at 6:00pm.
Registration Information: Pre-registration opens March 26, 2018 at 8:00am. Online registration open until April 24th, 2018 12:00am. Walk-up registration begins on race day at 6:00pm.
Course Description: Slightly hilly. The course will begin at Model Laboratory School heading north on Lancaster Ave reaching Main Street. It will take a turn on S Collins Street and finish on Roy and Sue Kidd Way at the football stadium.
Awards: Top three male and female will receive a medal along with the most spirited male and female.
Proceeds: EKU Club Hockey Fund
Entry Cost Information: $20 registration fee. Guaranteed T-shirts for first 50 participants.
