Encore/SportsFit 911 5K

The race course will be 1 mile in length requiring runners to complete 3 laps or 1 lap per person for each 3-person team. This will be a timed race. The starting point will be at the intersection leading on to Main Street between Guthrie's and Downtown Park. This course will be in the downtown area circling around the 9-1-1 Festival. This challenge is designed to be fun for all ages and requires no special skills. You can walk or run the course. There will be medals awarded for 1st-3rd place in each of the age groups, for both male and female participants. There will also be winners for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place relay teams. One overall winner for both male and female will be awarded as well. The race will begin at 7:00AM and ends sharply at 8:00AM due to the other festivities that will be taking place. The first 100 who pre-register will receive a t-shirt. Limited number of sizes available. Registration will be that the intersection, the day of the race, beginning at 6:00AM and ending at 6:45AM; however, there is no guarantee there will be any shirts left.
