Energy Run for Project Read

This is a 5K Run / walk held at the Enrico Fermi Energy Center in Newport Michigan.  This is the 30th year of the event.  The run / walk is hosted by the Monroe Milers running club and supported by DTE Fermi 2 Nuclear Plant.  The run is held on the grounds of the Fermi 2 Nuclear Plant in Newport Michigan.  All proceeds from the event go to the Monroe County Intermediate School District (MCISD) program to reduce adult illiteracy call Project Read.  The run / walk is held on August 17, 2019 at 9 am.  Medals will be given to all participants and awards to the overall male - female and the top 3 in each age group.
