Join Extra Mile for a sampling of nutrition and a 3 MILE FUN RUN/WALK on May 3rd @ 6:00 p.m. at Extra Mile Fitness Company, 1330 E Lincolnway, Valparaiso, IN. Before and after the run/walk, we will have staff available to allow you to sample nutrition from HUMA GEL, PICKY BAR, GU AND HAMMER GEL. Dave Sullivan, HUMA GEL, will be on hand to share with you the benefits of Chia Seeds and additional sodium during your longer workouts.
After the run, anyone 21 or older are invited to sample some cider and wines at Aftermath Winery, 454 S Greenwich Street, Valparaiso.
