Falcon Color Fun Run & 5K Race

Come out to West Henderson High School on Saturday, March 30 for the first ever Falcon Color Fun Run & 5K race! 

We will begin registration/shirt pick up at 8 a.m. on Saturday. The 1-mile fun run for students 12 and younger will begin at 8:30 a.m. The 5K race will begin at 9:15 a.m. The 5K is open to runners and walkers! The fun run will stay on the track and the 5K will follow a mapped loop down to Rugby Middle School and back. There will be West Henderson athletes running at set paces to help younger runners (Paces: 6:30/mile, 7:00/mile, 7:30/mile, 8:00/mile, 8:30/mile, 9:00/mile, 9:30/mile, 10:00/mile). We will be throwing color powder at runners as they go by. All are encouraged to wear white and end the race with a new Falcon-inspired tie dye. The color will wash off the body and out of hair with water. We will have instructions on how to preserve the color on the day of the race. 

Those registering before March 14 at 11:59 p.m. will receive a shirt. Those who register on March 15 or later are not guaranteed a shirt.
