Fish and Loaves 5K

The Fish and Loaves 5K is a race that starts and ends in Elwell Park in Weaver, AL on April 22, 2017. Our race is a chartable event to rase funds for the Calhoun County Baptist Associations Service Center North. The Service Center North provides emergency food to those in the community that need immediate assistance. Our course will leave the park turning left onto Anniston Street and head north on Jacksonville street, when in approximately 1.5 mles the course will turn left onto the Chief Ladiga Trail and back to the park. This year we are adding cash prizes for the top three fiishers, both male and female. First place will be awarded $100, second place $50, and third place $25. We want the fastest runners to come to our race to help us deterimine who are the fastest runners in Calhoun County! We will be giving age group awards for 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & up. Please come out, run your best, have fun, and greatly benefit a worthwhile cause.
