Fit Family 5K

The 7th Annual Fit Family 5K Run and Walk Race begins on the beautiful campus of Walsh University and winds through the roads of the surrounding North Canton community. This fast road race promotes health and wellness for all ages in our community. All proceeds will benefit the Walsh University Doctor of Physical Therapy Students by providing them with educational scholarships. Packet Pick up will be available on Saturday morning from 7:30-8:30 am inside the David Center Building on the Walsh University campus.

Kids of all ages are welcome to participate in the 0.5 mile Fun Run (2 track laps) prior to the 5K race. This is a great way to introduce our younger generation to being healthy and fit!

Adults who wish to participate in the 5K race/walk may sign up for FREE CHILDCARE (for ages 2-10) during the adult 5K, provided by DPT Club and faculty. Childcare activities including: face painting, games, inflatables, and a snack during the 5K race. On-site sign up and waiver required and is limited to the first 50 children (inside the David Center). 

We are adding a new spin on a great race... As you finish going down hill you will hear the noises of great music plus a cheering audience with loud cow bells encouraging you to push even harder for your PR!
