Flint River Ramble 4 mile Trail Run benefiting the Down Syndrome Association of SWGA

Beautiful Trail Run along the banks of the Flint River. Starts and finishes at the First Tee building behind the Albany Civic Center on Mercer ave. Trail can be technical in some parts, but it is still a fun race for anyone from experienced to beginners. Course is set up as a figure 8. There is one aid station in the middle that you will hit twice. There will also be drinks at the finish. Awards ceremony will be approximately 1 hour after the start of the race.
