About the event
Florida Track Club's New Years Day 1 Mile race! Race/Run your first mile of 2018! Named in honor of an original FTC member and Olympic Marathon Gold Medallist, Frank Shorter. NEW this year: two lap course (great for spectators!), separate men's and women's heats.
Timetable: 12pm Men's Race, ~12:20pm kids free Mustache dash, ~12:35pm Women's race
Mustache Dash (~800m) Kids' Run FREE after the men's mile race.
Prize Structure (both men's and women's division)
$200 for 1st place
$100 for 2nd place
$50 for 3rd place
Bottle of Champagne for age group winners!
