Now it's time to cut loose, Footloose! Put on those running shoes!
Pete, Louise, bring out the rest of your peeps... Jack, come back, the best 5k is back! Run for booze, everybody cut FOOTLOOSE!

Does your fitness report say it all? Do you fly by the seat of your pants, totally unpredictable? Or maybe you "Just lost that loving feeling"... Either way, join us, June 24th, for our 4th annual Footloose 5k and radical afterparty! This gnarley 5K run/walk celebrates the most righteous decade of all time! Celebrate with us the days of big hair, neon colors, leg warmers, headbands, and some of the best party music ever recorded. So gather up your totally tubular 80's gear, invite your gal pals and homeboys, and come on out to Lakeland Park June 24th!

Lakeland Park     3:30 p.m. – Race day sign-up and packet pick-up begins with DJ and family-friendly  activities
5:00 p.m. – Food and refreshments from area vendors open
5:15 p.m. – 1K kids fun run (ages 3 to 11) sponsored by Bounce ‘N’ Around
6:00 p.m. – Footloose 5K run/walk (ages 8 and up) throughout beautiful Lakeland Park and around Harbor Lake   7:00 p.m. – Let the party BEGIN! Live music by Northwest Indiana's crowd-pleasers LAVA ROCK

* All 5k registrants will receive a $5 food voucher attached to their race bibs to use at participating food vendors. All 5k registrants, 21 and over, will receive a voucher for a complimentary 12 oz. Domestic Draft Beer @ Leroy's Hotstuff or either a 1 oz. Sample of Wine or a 3 oz. Cider @ Running Vines Winery. Participants under the age of 21 will not receive an adult beverage voucher and shall not be redeemed by anyone else. Vouchers will be handed out at the time of packet pick up only and will not be issued once your packet has been redeemed.
