Kick off to Recovery Month
Date & Starting Time: Saturday August 31st, 5k starts at 7:30 a.m.
Pre-race ZUMBA warm up starts at 7:00 a.m.
Registration: $25.00 – even race day!
REGISTER EARLY! No shirts guaranteed to late registrants. You must register by midnight on August 25th to be guaranteed a t-shirt.
T-shirts & Race Packet Pick-Up: Every pre-registered participant will receive an original Forever Wellness and Recovery t-shirt.
Packet pick up will be held at Sportspectrum Thursday August 29th from noon – 7:00 p.m.,
Friday August 30th from 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.,
or you can pick up your packet race morning at the race site starting at 6:30 a.m.
Sleep in Supporter: If you cannot be there, but still want to show your support sign up as a Sleep in supporter. You will still receive a t-shirt.
Awards: Awards will be given, details to come
Post Party: Make sure to stick around after the race for awards, snacks, live music, and meet & greet with vendors from the community

Special Note: Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but must start in the back. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates. This rule is an RRCA regulation! No dogs are allowed on the course.
