About the event
Join us on Saturday, April 6th in downtown Winnsboro, LA for the Franklin Parish Catfish Classic 5k run/walk at 8am and kids 1k fun run at 7:45am. The 5k will be timed by McDuffie Timing. Fried catfish and the normal post race fare will be served afterwards.
Awards for the 5k will be given to top 3 male, female, and masters and in the following age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+. Raffle drawings for all race participants will be held during the awards ceremony.
