The 5th Annual Friends On The Run 5K Run/Walk is Going Virtual in 2020!
How Many Miles Can You Log For Breast Cancer !

We’re kicking off Breast Cancer Awareness Month October 2020!

Participating teams and individuals are invited to run or walk their 5k and submit their times over a two-week period.  This is a Fundraiser for Friends In Pink which is a nonprofit organization helping individuals diagnosed with Breast Cancer. 

Race Dates:  Thursday, October 1 through Sunday, October 18

Registration: Free! Donations are strongly encouraged.

Times:  At your convenience

Method:  Self-time a 5k (3.1 miles) run and submit your time online
                Self-time a 5K (3.1 miles) walk and submit your time online

Location: You can run/walk anywhere: on the Manayunk Tow Path, back the Wissahickon Creek, in your neighborhood, on a treadmill, around  a local track, up the Manayunk Wall, up and down Ridge Avenue wherever and whenever you want to run/walk!

Competition:  Run/Walk is open to the public and operated on an honor system. You can compete as individuals or as part of a team.  You can also walk in honor of someone who fought and/or is fighting Breast Cancer. 

Additional Information:

Friends In Pink 5K Run/Walk is a purely not-for-profit fun event to promote awareness about Friends In Pink and raise much needed funds to assist those dealing with Breast Cancer.
