About the event
This is the 48th annual running of the Frigid 8 and Thermal 3.
MERCHANDISE: The first 200 registrants will receive a pair of thermal underwear.
AWARDS: The overall winners, male and female, receive special awards and the top 3 men's and women's age group finishers receive special Christmas ornaments. Runners are also eligible for prizes based on race numbers picked randomly.
DIVISIONS: 9 & under • 10-13 • 14-17 • 18-29 • 30-39 40-49 • 50-59 • 60-69 • 70-79 • 80+
AWARDS AND PRIZES. The awards for the Thermal 3 will be available once results are posted following the conclusion of the 3 mile race and the awards for the Frigid 8 will be available once results are postrd following the conclusion of that race. Runners are also eligible for prizes based on race numbers picked randomly.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES: Plenty of food, hot beverages and cold beverages are available after the race and runners can have their fill of home-cooked chili.
