Frisky Goat Resolution 10k Run

Run in the New Year!  We're adding the 10k back for 2023. The course is an out-and-back 5k run/walk and 10k run starting in the most historic of historic Milford Borough,at the Columns Museum, with most of it on a quiet flat residential and scenic road. There is ample parking across the street from the Museum at 611 Broad Street and the adjacent municipal lot. We'll start the 10k at 10:00am and the 5k at 10:30am.

Personalize your bib with your 2021 resolution!  Kids under 13 can run or walk for free - they will get a non-chipped bib - and leashed dogs are welcome (please scoop the poop!).

As of the posting of this event, Covid-19 is on the rise so we are asking all athletes post-race to please mask up if you are not vaccinated while spectating and during the awards ceremony. Results will be published live online and on social media. 

The entire event will be taking place outdoors, bringing warm clothes for before and after is always a good idea. As seasoned NEPA runners, we train in all kinds of weather, so the run will be held under all but the worst winter conditions: same day registration will be available online, please bring your phone and a credit card to use if you decide to wait until race day to register. 

There will be a participant t-shirt for the first 150 registrants and awards for first, second and third overall female and male and for first, second and third place age group male and female.
