Frosty 5K - Guilford

If getting (or staying) in shape is one of your New Year's resolutions, don't miss the 35th annual Frosty 5K New Year's Day race hosted by the Guilford Rotary Club. The event includes a certified 5K run, 2-mile health walk, and a Kids Fun Run, which all begin on the historic Guilford Green. The course will take you past many iconic sights in this celebrated coastal New England town - the green, marina, and fairgrounds.

A post-race celebration at the Community Center, with food and beverages, music, and an awards ceremony, rounds out an event that is ranked among the highest state-wide in participant reviews.

Entry Fees:

5K & 2M Walk - $30 (Online registration ends December 29 at 8pm EST), Race day $35 Family Group Registration (Up to 4 people) - $75 (Online registration ends December 29 at 8pm EST), Race Day $90 Kids Fun Run - Register on Race day (Suggested donation to Guilford Food Bank: small bag of canned goods or $10)

Tech Shirts:

All entrants (5K and 2M walk) who register by December 15 are guaranteed long-sleeve tech shirts. Remaining shirts will be distributed while supplies last on a first-come, first-served basis at packet pickup (at soundRUNNER) and at race day registration.

Awards:

1st male & female winners receive soundRunner and Planet Fitness gift cards. Top 3 male & female finishers in each age group receive medals, 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+ Fun Runners will each receive finisher ribbons Frosty 5K cotton long-sleeve shirts

Post-Race Party:

After the race unwind and enjoy a post-race brunch, music and awards at the Community Center!
