Frozen Fore-K

Kick off the new year (2021) with a (2.6 Mile-4K) winter Trail Run at The Wood in Baldwinsville, NY on Saturday January 2, 2021. This inaugural race event will coincide with the 2021 Willow Running Expo. We are also putting together a "mini" WinterFest" full of fun outdoor winter games. We will offer the Frozen Fore-K in six waves of 25 or fewer with a total participation cap of 150. The entire Fore-K run will take place on The Wood Golf Course, thus the race event name! Most likely it will be a snow packed surface but we will take what mother nature gives us. As we get closer to race day we will discuss with all participants various footwear recommendations. This will be a timed event with Overall and Age Group Awards.

Inside The Wood (7439 Canton Street Rd, Baldwinsville, NY 13027) we will be holding the inaugural Willow Running Expo. We will have sweet deals on 2020 race apparel along with special offerings for ALL Willow Running 2021 Race Events. Food and drink specials to complement the event. All Expo attendee's will receive a complimentary pair of Willow Running socks (guaranteed to make you run faster)

Outside we will hold the inaugural Willow Running Winter Games full of creative and fun activities and challenges. Prizes will be awarded for most games. Be sure to dress accordingly.
