PARKING AND PACKET PICKUP
Plenty of parking is available on site at Steilacoom High School. You can enter the High School on the North (student entrance), or East (main entrance) and look for signage directing you toward packet pickup in the high schools main foyer.
All courses are USATF Certified. All events begin and end on the high school track. Events utilize out-and-back courses on the gently rolling roads of Steilacoom and Lakewood. Each mile will be clearly marked, and a volunteer will assist you at the turnaround point on the course. We will also offer water and Gatoraid approx. every 2-3 miles throughout the course. All events feature a downhill finish onto the high school track. Course maps, with elevation profile and water station locations are available at http://www.runfsrc.org

08:45 — Registration and Packet Pickup Ends
09:00 — Start of the mile and kilometer events
Our pre-and post-race facilities are some of the finest around. We are able to utilize the foyer and cafeteria area of Steilacoom High School, as well as access to the indoor restrooms and locker rooms and showers. After your event, you may enjoy an assortment of food and beverages.
Official chip time and age group finish are available at our results kiosk in the building -courtesy of Peak Performance Timing. Final results will be posted on our run signup page after the conclusion of the event.
Age group ribbons will be awarded to top 3 in each age group. These will be available at our results kiosk.
At the courtesy of some of our sponsors, overall awards will be provided to men’s and women’s winners in each event.
Participants may enter either the mile or kilometer series. Participants completing at least 3 series events will each receive a Series Finisher medal. Medals will be handed out at the conclusion of the March 21 event.
Additionally, age group scoring will be kept for each series and will be posted on our website. Scores will be based on a points-based system earned for age group finish.
This is a winter race series, and we are frequently confronted with cold, rain, wind and snow. In the rare event that inclement weather forces a cancellation or postponement of the event, participants will receive an email by 7AM. Please note that there are no refunds, transfers, or roll-overs allowed. For everyone’s safety, pets are not allowed on the courses.
