Fun Fit 5K Challenge

This is an out and back Run / Walk 5K and a 5K Challenge, if you elect to participate in the Challenge, those participants will complete 10 reps of one of the following exercises every 1/2 mile: 
JUMPING JACKS
SIT UPS
LUNGES
AIR SQUATS
PUSHUPS
BURPEES

The course is at the Pompano Air Park!  Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib.  So this event has (3) options, you can complete the Fun Fit 5K Challenge or you can Run / Walk a 5K or 10K ...you must complete all events in 1.5 hours ... No Dogs allowed at this event !
