About the event
The GD10K is a fun fitness event promoting the College GameDay ritual of Tailgating. Participants are encouraged to come dressed in support of their favorite college team. All proceeds from this fundraising event will be gifted away in the form of academic college scholarships. This event is fully sanctioned by the Manasota Track Club and will have all their mandatory levels of excellence.
The 10k is a chip timed competitive event with awards for Male and Female Overall, 5 year age groups, Master, Grand Master, Sr. Master and Veteran Master.
The 5k is a chip timed fun run. An overall Male and Female Prize will be awarded only.
The top 3 colleges represented by our participants will be awarded scholarship money for their local alumni club.
Packet Pickup is Race Day morning only! See you starting at 6:30am!
