Get Out Give Back: Kidney Donor Athletes

This 5K marks the first day of a typical 18-week marathon training program for those looking to run in the Vermont City Marathon on May 29th. It also provides an opportunity for participants to donate to Kidney Donor Athletes, which was brought to our attention by RunVermont Youth Program Leader, ultrarunner, teacher, and organ donor, Rebekah Thomas. $15 of your registration fee will go toward supporting KDA.

The race starts and finishes at Burlington Beer Company and features an open start where runners can show up anytime during a 2-hour window to run their race. Beverages such as coffee and hot chocolate, as well as snacks, will be available at the finish. Walkers are welcome.
