Gingerbread Man Memorial Day 5K Run/Walk at Idlewild

Bring the family and join us for the 21st annual Memorial Day 5K Run/Walk at Idlewild presented by Gingerbread Man Running Company! This scenic race takes you through the historic Idlewild Park in Ligonier, PA. Portions of this race benefit the Ligonier Valley YMCA. This course is stroller friendly. We will have basket raffles and other fundraisers on site benefitting the Ligonier Valley YMCA.

The Kids 1 Mile Fun Run and Toddler 100 Meter Dash are back! We will offer races for the whole family this year!

Race day registration and packet pick up will begin at 7:00 AM-8:00 AM. The children's races begins at 8 AM. The 5K will start promptly at 8:45.

Race cost is $25 for the 5K and $10 for the kids races. Toddler Dash is for ages 0-3, One mile kids run is for children 12 and under. 5K Run or Walk is for all ages. 

Prices increase May 14th to $30. Register before May 14th to be guaranteed a shirt. Race day registrations will be accepted however we cannot guarantee a t-shirt. Children in strollers are free to ride in the 5K with a paid adult registration. Additional adult sized t-shirts are available for preorder purchase for $10. Idlewild park admission is NOT included in race registration, however discounted park tickets may be purchased in advance or race day. Season passholders may use their passes on race day.

No Refunds or Exchanges. Race date may be moved due to weather. The rain date is currently set for Saturday June 9th 2018.
