Girls on the Run Triad 5k

Girls on the Run Triad is a non-profit that exists to inspire girls to be confident, healthy, and joyful through our intentionally developed (yet fun!) curriculum delivered in after-school settings. Our celebratory 5k is the culminating event of our season. We invite the whole community to run with us! Because we are not a competitive running program, our 5k isn't timed. Instead our race gives our girls (and all other runners!) a tangible sense of achievement and a framework for setting and achieving life goals.

Not a runner? That's okay! Not a girl? That's okay too! All are welcome. Come on out for some family fun! A t-shirt, finishers reward, food, and a Kid's Fun Zone are all included in your registration. Plus, you'll be supporting a great local charity! Those registered after 4/25/17 are not guaranteed a race t-shirt.
