The course boasts an unbeatable atmosphere with 200,000+ locals turning out to support runners and with over 50 music stations along the route, you'll be entertained throughout your race.
Gothenburg has a lot of activities and restaurants to offer either side of your race and is well connected, with an international airport and direct trains to other cities across Sweden and Scandinavia. Course highlights
The course starts in one of Gothenburg's most beautiful parks outside the historic Slottsskogsvallen Athletic Arena - the site of many world records. You will circle the city crossing over two bridges, which will give you an outstanding view of Gothenburg and its harbour. Before finishing in Slottsskogsvallen Athletic Arena you will pass through Gothenburgs picturesque city centre. The race is also spiced up with an audience of over 200,000 people, 50 music stations and many other activities along the way!
