GOTR 5K & Glow Run

Just because we can't all be together, doesn't mean we can't have fun and celebrate with a 5K! Lace up your shoes, head out the door and get moving with the Girls on the Run Virtual 5K!

How does it work?

It's easy! Grab your shoes and your family and complete a 5K  on May 29th OR any time between May 29th and June 5th. You can make your own path in your neighborhood, the park, the lake or inside your own home, just remember to practice social distancing! Take our super fun BINGO card (Link in Email Confirmation) on your adventure for a chance to win some GOTR swag. Once you have completed your 5K, fill out a short survey and we will send you a completion certificate!

Not a runner? NO PROBLEM! Feel free to go at your own pace: walk, run, jog, skip or flip.  Can't get outside? We've got you covered! Instead of a 5K, you can complete a set of physical activity cards found in your confirmation email.

Don't forget to take pictures and share them to our Facebook event! We will be giving away some awesome swag to three lucky participants who has completed their 5K/physical activity cards. 

AFTER PARTY! We will be hosting a GLOW in the Dark AFTER PARTY on July 3rd to celebrate our awesome Girls on the Run Community! Details coming soon!
