EPIC RACE. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, as I sort of assumed The Great Wall would be glorified on the internet, but I was so wrong. It was MAGICAL. The race was incredibly challenging, with over 5,000 cobblestone steps, but I will never forget that day. The race was very well organized, with danish doctors at the top of every stair peak making sure people were hydrated and feeling fit to run. Loads of water stations, as it was 40 degrees and 100% humidity. They also had buckets of ice water and sponges to cool down. I personally would have appreciated a vegan option at the end of it all, but other than that, 10/10!

Brutal, you have to do the stairs twice! Worth it, the views are breath taking. Literally!
