Grin & Bear it Run

All proceeds from this event will support Healthy Beginnings' 12-point kid inspection clinics (health, dental, behavior, vision, car seat safety, nutrition, hearing, development, concepts, motor, speech, community resources-emergency preparedness) at locations scheduled throughout Central Oregon.

Schedule: The 5K & 10K run/walk begins at 10 am. The 1 mile Family Fun Run begins at 11:00 am.

The Course: The 5K &10K courses start and end at the Les Schwab Amphitheater and winds through the neighborhoods surrounding the Deschutes River and Farewell Bend park. The 10K is a double loop of the 5K route.

The 1 mile Family Fun Run treks through the Old Mill District on paved, flat terrian.

Awards will be given to the fastest overall male and female, and the top three finishers in each age category for the 5K & 10K runs will receive a ribbon. Ribbons will be given to ALL participants in the Family Fun Run. The largest corporate / team entry will receive a prize. All participants will be eligible for prize drawings.

Register Day of: Les Scwab Amphitheater 8:30 - 9:45am

Packet Pick Up: Friday March 4th from 12-8:00pm at FootZone.  Race day from 8:30-9:45 am at Les Schwab Amphitheater.
