Hamburger Waterkant Virtual Run

Running a virtual marathon was a different experience. There are no refreshment stations and no distance markers ( of course ). I found it was more difficult for me to pace my run The first 10km was great, I felt very good but as the race developed I found it more difficult It was my first virtual marathon and it was great to be out running again. I learnt a lot from this race and am looking forward to the next one I did the run on my own, maybe a small group would be good Overall it was very good, the organisation was first class and uploading and downloading the various items was easy to use and made the experience special Thanks to everyone involved Can’t wait to the next one Regards Dennis

To run a virtual marathon you need to carry water and fruit etc. Select your route and drive it before the run to help you to pace your run
