About the event
Join Habitat Forsyth for our annual Hammerbird 5K!
Participants will take a route where they will see new and repaired Habitat homes and be cheered on by Habitat homeowners. All proceeds help more local working families achieve strength, stability, self-reliance, and shelter!
Runners and walkers begin and end the 5K at Kimberley Park Elementary School, where a number of children from Habitat families are past or current students. Prizes for both overall and age group winners are hand-crafted by Habitat volunteers. All participants ages 9 and older receive a t-shirt.
