Hare & Hound XC 5K

We're bringing our signature XC race, Hare & Hounds, out of retirement!(must have at least 2 of each gender).   

This race will be scored like a traditional cross country meet so get the gang back together and lace up those spikes. There will be 4 team divisions: Male, Female, Mixed (must have at least 2 of each gender), and Masters 40+ only.

The 5k will be contested on the New Haven Semi-State Cross Country course located at the Plex North.

The kids 1 mile race will utilize parts of the course, as well.

Minimum age for the kids mile is 5 and maximum is 12.

Minimum age for 5k is 8 and maximum is 90. 

Teams must have 5 members.
