About the event
Come Join us for the second annual 5K and kids mile during the Hayes County Festival community celebration. Start and finish line will be at the fairgrounds. The kid's mile will start at 7 am and 5K at 7:30. Medals will be awarded to the top Male and Female. The top 3 male and female finishers of each age group will win medals. Every child participating in the mile will receive a medal. Entries are due by June 14th at noon. Entry fee is $10 for kids mile and $20 for the 5K. Day of race, registrations WILL be accepted with a price increase of $25 for the 5K and $15 for the kid’s mile. Shirts will not be guaranteed for late entries. If more shirts are ordered, they will be mailed to you 2 weeks after the event.
