Health Guidance 5k

Health Guidance, a locally founded and operated non-profit patient advocacy organization, cares for patients and their families. People who are challenged by difficult diagnoses. Individuals who need help finding diagnostic tools, the care of exceptional physicians, and the very best medical treatments. Health Guidance strengthens patients and their families by providing strong support during difficult health challenges.

Health Guidance relies solely on generous donations from individuals, grants and our special events. We serve local families in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community free of charge through their critical medical illness, utilizing our personalized health management service.

Packet Pick up: Friday, November 17, 2017 from 6 - 8 PM Johnston YMCA and onsite registration and packet pick up Saturday November 18, 2017 at 7 am. Thank you for joining the Health Guidance Center of Charlotte at the Health Guidance 5K Run/Walk in NoDa - starting at the Johnston YMCA and finishing in front of Amelie's, where you will enjoy delicious Amelie's treats.

Volunteers will arrive at Johnston YMCA at 6:30 am Saturday morning November 18, 2017.
