About the event
The 3.1 mile family-friendly course starts and ends at Heywood Hospital and is targeted to all fi tness levels. Adults may walk or run, and kids (up to age 7) can compete in our special 100 yard dash, a 1 mile youth run (ages 8-10), or guided Story Book Tour. Test your CrossFit® skills in this year’s CrossFit Challenge. Winning runners will be crowned Harvest King, Queen and Court.
DON'T FORGET TO REGISTER FOR EITHER THE RUN OR THE WALK BELOW.
Race Route
The Healthy Harvest 5K route takes the runners along Heywood Hospital's wooded walking trail to a half way turnaround point at the end of Crystal Lake. The race begins and ends in the Heywood Hosptial parking lot.
