The Avondale/Oakland University Partnership is hosting the second annual "Hearts and Hands" 5K Fun Run/Walk, on Sunday, May 15, 2016. Proceeds generated from this event will help to support Avondale Education Foundation, Avondale Wellness Committe, Avondale Physical Education Departments, and the Avondale/Oakland University Partnership.
Bring your family and friends and join us for a morning of fun and friendship! All ages of children are welcomed to participate.
5K Fun Run/Walk and Maxfield Mile
The 5K Fun Run/ Walk will begin and end at Avondale High School. Runners will see the beautiful downtown Auburn Hills, as well as other sites in the Auburn Hills area.
The Maxfield Mile will begin and end at Avondale High School. This one mile run/walk is dedicated to Dr. C. Robert Maxfield, founding partner of the Avondale/Oakland University Partnership.
*Student Discount (All Avondale Distict Students and Oakland University Students) - $10 discount will be applied during the registration process.
