About the event
Hemis Ultra Trail Walkathon is a High Altitude endurance walking challenge held in a very scenic National Park. Due to the low oxygen level (Lees than 60% as that at sea level), this is an extreme demanding event. The races will be held in semi autonomy manner, which will require runners to climb to 16,000ft min. Hence participants are expected to be well trained and acclimatised to the altitude. The region is famous for some exotic wild life and plants. Test yourself to the limit in a pristine, beautiful National Park
