About the event
Come out and participate in the 10th Annual Hickory Christian Academy Knights 5K Run/Walk. The Knights 5K features one of the flattest, fastest courses in Hickory (USATF certified) and ChampionChip timing & scoring.
Your participation in the Knights 5K also helps the Academy to provide quality academic, character, and spiritual training for generations of students to come. Your support is truly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: Online registration is not mandatory. A paper entry form is available by clicking the link on this page. Simply download and print the form and send it in with your entry fee to avoid the online convenience charge.

5K Run
Packet Pickup:
Race packets will be available at Hickory Christian Academy on Friday, August 28 from 5-7 p.m. You may also pick up your packet the morning of the race at HCA.
Event Schedule for Race Day:
Registration: 6:30-7:15 a.m.
5K Start: 8:00 a.m.
Course Description:
This 3.1 mile race will start at HCA (3260 6th Street Dr. NW)
1. 0.6 mile west on 6th St. Dr. and turn around;
2. 1.5 miles east on 6th St. Dr., almost to Hwy 127 and turn around;
3. 1 mile west, return to HCA
An aid station will be available on the course.
