Honoring Our Heroes Marathon

Most amazing Marathon/half/ 10K/5K that I have ever participated in. It is a smaller event and it has ALL the support of larger races that I have completed. You are made to feel welcomed and greatly supported from the race organizer, and so very patriotic. Flags line the full Marathon. I have participated in the 1/2M, 10K and 5K all are amazing.

Fantastic rest stops, Dolly Llama is dressed in patriotic flare to cheer on runners. The American flags and encouragement signs line the course- they are very motivating. Rolling hills in which I love, helps decrease muscle fatigue. Great spaghetti dinner with a guest speaker/Expo at packet pick up night prior race. I’ve ran one of the distances every year for the last 7 years.
