Huron Valley Optimist Club 5K Run/Walk/Roll

This event will help support multiple children's programs in the Huron Valley school district and across the state, with a special focus on one charity. This year will be Scarlet's Smile named after 5 year old Scarlet of Commerce. She was born with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a rare genetic condition which continues to rob her of strength. The mission of Scarlet's Smile is to build a large playground and splash pad in Commerce Township accessible to kids of all abilities and disabilities.

Start line will be at Baker's of Milford, you will cross over into Kensington Park and then go over onto the Milford Bike Path. You will finish in Windfall Hill picnic area in Kensington for awards and refreshments.

The roll portion of this race is for wheel chairs and hand cycles.
