Course highlights
Start in Stari Grad. The first half of the trail is an ascent from sea level to 400m above sea level, the second half is a descent back to the sea in Hvar. The path is asphalted all the way. Every kilometer is marked.

This awesome Half has had me plan my holiday around running it again this year.
The first half of the route with its Incredibly challenging (not to mention the high temperatures), super steep and loooooong (seemingly never-ending) uphill is starkly contrasted with the stunning views at the top and the feeling of flying all the way down to the race finish. Can't wait to do it again!!
The Half Marathon distance is perfect for a challenge, yet doable without endless hours of training as for a full distance marathon. (It's also currently my favourite distance)
