Maggie was a beloved daughter, friend, and colleague. She was passionate about being a mother, a daughter, a friend, and a special education teacher. She enjoyed running and working out, St. Patrick’s Day, and cheering on the Chicago White Sox. Amos had just celebrated his 3rd birthday with a Paw Patrol birthday party. He was excited to start preschool, loved to play farm, and enjoyed caring for his pet rabbit and fish. This event is to celebrate the lives that Maggie and Amos lived and all those that they impacted. All proceeds from the event, along with the memorial funds, will be placed in a scholarship fund and grants for local libraries and teachers to support learning and education for the youth in our community. To date, almost $20,000 has been donated towards classrooms, libraries, and scholarships in the name of Maggie & Amos from the proceeds of this event.
Early Bird pick-up: Thursday 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM at Chana Education Center.
Race Day pick-up: Saturday 2:00 PM – 3:15 PM

50/50 Raffle (available for purchase through our Registration Portal)
Food and Beverages
The school parking lot will be reserved for handicapped and elderly parking. Parking lots are available at the Pine Rock Township Building at 210 West Street and at Chana United Methodist Church at 606 Main Street. Honey Creek Road will be closed from 4:00 PM to approximately 6:00 PM, as well as Center Avenue between School Street and North Main Street from approximately 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Pets & Wheeled Vehicles:
We kindly ask that all pets, unless a certified service animal, be kept at home. Also, bicycles, skateboards,and other wheeled vehicles will not be allowed on the course with runners/walkers. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
