About the event
Run with us before the big game! The scenic 5K that runs through East Rock benefits IRIS, a non-profit organization that helps refugees begin their lives in Connecticut. The flat course begins and finishes at Wilbur Cross High School. First 1,000 participants receive LONG SLEEVE TECH TEES! All remaining participants receive cotton tees. Post-Race Party: Join us after the 5K for a delicious post-race party offering international food, drinks, entertainment, an awards ceremony and more!
Awards: Top male & female finishers receive awards. Top three men & women finishers in each of the following divisions receive awards: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80+. Awards also given to the top 3 biggest fundraisers
EARN COMPLIMENTARY ENTRY! Donate or fundraise $200 or more for IRIS and receive complimentary race entry! Your donation and fundraising efforts help IRIS provide a variety of services and support to refugees.
