Babcock Ranch will host its Fourth Annual Jingle Bell 5K and it’s Inaugural Jingle Bell Half Marathon on Sunday, December 13.
Babcock Ranch is America’s first solar-powered town located in Southwest Florida. It will eventually be home to 50,000 residents. The Half Marathon will start and finish in our gathering place; Founder’s Square. The Half Marathon will start at 7.30 AM, and The Jingle Bell 5K race will start at :8:00 AM.
A very flat course with no hills only a couple of smaller low lying foot bridges. The Half Marathon course will take in the beautiful and scenic neighborhoods of Babcock Ranch, as well as Dick Cuda Trail and Sunset Park. There will also be 1.5 miles on our scenic Dr. Hammond Trails, which offers some of the most beautiful views in the area.
The 5K race will also start and finish in Founder’s Square and will include one loop of Sunset Park on Dick Cuda Trail.
Custom medals for all finishers in The Half Marathon
Awards, 3 deep in 5 year increments for Jingle Bell 5K. (No finisher medals for the 5K)
Awards ceremony 3 deep in each age group, in 5 year increments – Half Marathon.
Awards ceremony to take place in Founder’s Square under our Band shell.

Of course no half marathon would be complete without Beer at the finish line, and of course great post race food! (Sponsors to be confirmed.)
